污泥烘干機(jī)性能與濾袋上的粉塵層、濾料的特征、粉塵的特點(diǎn)、過(guò)濾風(fēng)速等有密切關(guān)系。

1、粉塵層的影響：

粉塵粒徑對(duì)污泥烘干機(jī)過(guò)濾效率有很大影響。對(duì)于 1μm 塵粒，其分級(jí)過(guò)濾效率可達(dá) 95% ; 對(duì)于大于 1μm 塵粒，可穩(wěn)定地獲得 99% 以上的過(guò)濾效率。塵粒攜帶的荷電越多，其過(guò)濾效率越高，利用此特征，在污泥烘干機(jī)入口或入口前使用荷電，對(duì)于 1．6μm 以上塵粒的捕集效率可達(dá) 99． 99% 。
